The apartment is on the Alicate Playa development, a prime Costa del Sol luxury development , set in beautiful private, landscaped subtropical gardens on one of Marbella's best beaches. Alicate Playa was designed by the internationally reknown architect, Melvin Villarroel Roldan. This is a gated complex with 24hr security service

A large sitting room/dinning area leads out onto one spacious balcony with magnificent views of the gardens and another balcony overlooking the garden where you are assured of privacy and can relax and soak up the sun.

The Apartment is on the second set of buildings in the Alicate Playa development from the beach. Private access to the beach can be obtained by the white walkway shown on the right of the Alicate Playa development.
