The apartment is on the Alicate Playa development, a prime Costa del Sol luxury development , set in beautiful private, landscaped subtropical gardens on one of Marbella's best beaches. Alicate Playa was designed by the internationally reknown architect, Melvin Villarroel Roldan. This is a gated complex with 24hr security service

Private access to the beach can be obtained by the white walkway shown on the right of the Alicate Playa development.
